WHY SHOULD I ORDER A SAMPLE?

Because shade variation is inherent in all fired products such as glass, ceramic, and porcelain tiles we highly recommend our customers ordering samples before a major purchase if they haven't seen the product yet.

The purpose of our sample program is to make sure our customers will receive what they want. 


HOW BIG IS A SAMPLE SWATCH?

It depends on the tile. Usually it varies from 3'' x 3'' to 4'' x 12''. The idea is that a sample must show all colors, finishes, and sizes of a given product. Items that are made of a solid color such as a blue mosaic tile  1'' x 1'', a swatch size of 3'' x 3'' should be enough to represent it. Some items such as an interlocking mosaic tile that mixes glass, stone, and has multiple colors, its sample swatch will be bigger, such as a 3'' x 12''.


HOW MANY SAMPLES CAN I ORDER?

You can order as many items as you want, however there is a limit to 2 samples per item. If you need more than two samples of a given item, please contact us at support@mineraltiles.com.
