As our customer you’re important to us. We value each order, and each person who buys from us. We understand that when you purchase online you are not able to touch and feel the high quality and see the beauty of our cutting boards.
Therefore, if upon arrival and inspection, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we allow 60 days to return for a full refund. We also pay for the shipping by providing you with a pre-paid UPS domestic return label. Our only requirement is that you send the item back in proper packaging, and make sure that the cutting board is returned in the same condition.
Any cutting boards that have been used are not eligible for refund.
